2. Thank you for asking! Yes, AMR play a crucial role in cattle and sheep health and changes primarily by the food they eat. Our study helps us give better guideline to farmers as to how reduce AMR genes in the cattle in sheep. In the future, I plan to complete a comparative study on Bayesian network techniques on Microbiome data. This will result in providing researchers with the best generalized methods for completing network studies in the Microbiome context.
